BMW Kempton Park

This review is specifically meant for Darian Naiker at BMW Kempton Park.

In 2023 I lost faith in the service at this dealership as I had received horrible customer service specifically from the Service department at this dealership to the point that I refuse to deal with them directly (it's my closest delearship)

I didn't however lose my love for the BMW brand and one day, late last year my husband and I stumbled accredited Darian in the new vehicles department as we were looking for another car. We were blown away by the customer service received by Darrian. We ended up buying the car that he showed us and a few months later we bought another one from him

Our relationship didn't end there, he graciously stepped in to be the buffer between me and the service department (as I still don't have the time of day for them) and he deals all my queries from service requests to having batteries changed on my car remote in need.

This gentleman not only restored my faith in the BMW brand but he has shot the lights out from a customer service perspective. He truly is an absolute asset to your organization and I would probably have left the brand had it not been for Darian and given the truly shocking customer service I had initially received (the mildest occasion of which the service manager; having intentionally closed the door in my face while I was still speaking to her)
