BMW Fourways (Pathetic) and Unprofessional

I am very upset with BMW and im starting to dislike the brand due to my experience with BMW Fourways.

My BMW i8 was advertised on Weelee and BMW Fourways won the vehicle at 861k. They asked me, at my inconvenience, to bring the car for a full evaluation

When i did, whilst having a BMW lined up that we want to buy, they ran full diagnostics and checks and found the vehicle to be accident free, no scratches, great condition and with a back tyre that needed replacement, they dropped me to 835k from 861k.

I then asked them to atleast make it 840k where i will lose R21k. They agreed. the Sales Exec, Brett, called me to say its agreed and that they will get final signatures for approval and i can drop off car Saturday.

I heard nothing from them. Today, im told their Used car sales manager resigned with immediate effect, and that they will ask the dealer principle to resolve now. I lost the car that i was buying and pushed for another deal today

The Dealer principle now dropped me further to 830k which is unacceptable.

Is this the service from BMW? Do i really want to buy another BMW after BMW behaves unprofessionall?

I am not happy at all and the brand is now seen as a negative
