BMW Certified is not actually checked

I purchased a pre-owned BMW 220d from BMW West Rand last year and according to them, there were no defects and there were no repairs done to the vehicle. Three months later I picked up that the passenger outside door light was actually missing and they refused to repair this. Even BMW South Africa did not I too the vehicle to BMW Midrand and they informed me that there was repair work done on the rear passenger side and the passenger door. The inspection report from BMW West Rand was not even signed. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from BMW West Rand and if you are purchasing a "certified BMW" then higher a qualified vehicle assessor to examine the vehicle and provide you with an inspection report
