BMW - Be My Worst - service

I wonder how BMW Westrand can brag about being the best dealer for years in a row after the service I received yesterday. My vehicle was booked for a break fluid flush on 30 November 2022. On 29 November 2022 I contacted them to enquire whether it will be possible to wait whilst the service was done. I was advised to be there at 7H00 AM and not a minute later, that I can wait and that it should take about 40 min.

I was there at 6H45 AM, explained that I was told it would take around 40 min and that I will sit around and wait. The service assistant, very rudely, explained that it's will be impossible as the service would take around 3 hours and that the workshop only opens at 7H30 AM. He made me out to be a **** as ""they will never say such a thing". After exchanging some words I arranged my own transport home at a cost of R 230.

Blow me down, as I got home I received a call that my vehicle was ready!! Again at a cost of R 230 I arranged transport to pick up my vehicle.

What a mess around and enough to spoil one's day.
