BMW autobahn complacency and zero customer care

This place is so defeating, you will call 100 times looking to speak with whomever they say you need to speak to about your car however that person will permanently be unavailable to take the call. May car has been there for two weeks. They had assured me when i left my car that they will get authorisation from my insurance but i ended up having to do it myself a weeke later. By the way, they barely contact you when all this is happening. They called me once to say that they are now waiting for the part after i arranged authorisation then they went silent again. Yesterday i call them they say they waiting for the part still and will call me at 4pm... NEVER HAPPENED. As i am writing this review... Im waiting for them to hopefully call n let me know if and when the driver is coming... worst service ever. Since all my time having a car, never had such issues dealing with car matters.
