BLATANT *****

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from WH Midrand, they included a service book , with its history. They they said they will do a 70000km service and stamp the book. Yesterday i looked at the service book, it has a different vin number and is from another car. I went to WH and asked them what is going on. They could not respond. I asked them for the service invoice which they claimed they did. They run around for 30 min looking confused, then come back and say it was not serviced. How did they stamp the book and not service the car. This is blatant *****. I now ask then to send me the service history from Ford and they are still messing me around. I have taken pics of the ********** service book and am sending it to my lawyers. This from a franchise dealership, shocking.

I have now received and email from Ford, showing that this car was never serviced at a Ford Dealership ever. I am demanding a full refund as i was sold a vehicle under ********** circumstances. I am waiting feedback.

Williams Hunt have now refunded me the original purchase price.
I am however still out of pocket over R5000 as that was the combined cost of my lawyers letters to WH as well as a diagnosis report that I had to pull from Ford as the engine light came on a second time.
The first time it came on I sent it to WH, they said it was fixed , but the warning came on a week later. So I took the liberty to get a diagnosis from Ford.
Thank you WH for the refund of the original price.
But my dealings with you have come at a cost. R5000
