BEWARE - You may not get your car back in the condition you left it.

March 2017 - Sent our car for a service. Whilst in the care of Strijdom Park VW, they reversed another customers vehicle into it. Granted they had the vehicle panelbeated but alas I should have learnt my lesson and stopped using these guys,.

Feb 2020 - Sent my vehicle for a service, apart from some bad customer service. We found the car with a part of the paintwork on the bonnet damaged. The manager insists it could not have happened in their care - However their pre-inspection sheets show that the vehicle was delivered to them without any paintwork damage. He then proceeded to try to convince us that the bonnet had been resprayed and thus the paintwork was weaker. The same bonnet that they insisted was not painted when they damaged the car in the first place.

All in all - I would strongly advise that you find another dealership to service your vehicle at.
