I am absolutely appalled by the after sales service from William hunt. I purchased a bakkie on the 16/10/15 from the *********** salesman Gerri after taking delivery of the van I noticed a few faults, which was listed on an email sent to him. The Monday after the van wouldn't start. I called the dealer and advised them if the problem. This was the first encounter with the staff at the dealer. In my opinion a bunch of inexperienced people. Nobody returns calls, nobody knows whose in charge of what?, nobody has answers. Finally the battery was changed. I Told them about the brakes.Vehicle booked in - returned - same problem. I had to then rebook the vehicle after losing a days work during this season. Again vehicle booked in-returned-same problem. Now furious. vehicle booked in again. 3pm I get a call to say the brakes need replacing at my cost.it took them 3 book ins to realise this which \reputable"dealer sells a vehicle with bad brakes. gerri (who I lack words to describe) says it's my problem now I must sort it out.
