Beware Autobahn BMW and Unitrans Arrogant,Rude

Autobahn BMW / Unitrans<br> <br> We purchased a BMW X5 from Autobahn BMW together with 2 year warranty form Unitrans. BMW staff were quick to sell the policy stating that the policy would cover us if anything was faulty with the vehicle.<br> <br> The X5 radiator burst so we had it repaired urgently at Autobahn BMW as we could not leave the vehicle in the street. Remembering that we had taken a policy to cover certain faults but could not find the documents, we contacted Autobahn. No one could assist so we had to go dig up old files and eventually found the policy documents. We then made contact with Unitrans who made us run around for invoices, service books, etc. We gave them all the information but they refused to pay as they claim we should have asked permission before the vehicle was fixed. <br> <br> So BMW sell the X5, then push the policy at an extra R10 000 from Unitrans but when we have to claim they both say sorry we can't pay even though the radiator was covered under the policy.<br> <br> Beware Autobahn BMW and Unitrans - arrogant and completely unreasonable.
