Reeds !!! N1.. wow, what an amazing branch to do business with.. 5 stars !! REEDS BELLVILLE..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS... we traded in our vehicle with them on Wednesday 10 October, 2018. Jeandre and Fabian, Salesman and his manager. On Wednesday the 17th October, WE STILL HAVEN'T received our money for that TRADE IN. We called almost everyday, since Thursday after delivering the vehicle, one excuse from Jeandre after another. Manager Fabian, told me that it takes two days for monies to reflect. ON WEDNESDAY 17TH October, We called (livid by now), and wanted to collect our vehicle from them. We ended up calling the Finance department at N1 BRANCH. They are now going to sort out the payment WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FROM BELLVILLE, who had received our vehicle A WEEK AGO. Very disappointed and will not do business with BELLVILLE branch again... TRAINING SHOULD BE given to Salesman and MANAGER. Jeandre and Fabian, not good at all... 2 stars to Reeds Bellville.
