Before you consider Williams Hunt Fourways (Opel)....

I would just like to encourage honest hard-working people to avoid Opel. The service is beyond atrocious to the point of insulting. I just want to contact them to enquire whether a warranty spare has been placed on order. I have made at least 5 (maybe a lot more) phone calls within 3 days and still the service manager as well as the service representative will not call back after many requesting to do so. Nobody calls back (including the manager). I have also requested the dealer principal to call back but he wasn’t there!

If there are any BMW salesperson who is willing to convince me to buy a BMW, please let me know.

The public should be aware of what to expect once Opel Sales have sold a car. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 3 years of owning the car
