Battery switched with dead one by employed

The employees at the Autobahn repair centre (particularly those who were fixing my top glass) committed what was is clearly ********.

They took my car in and fixed it and it came back with everything working well however I returned it same day so that they can pin the class well and the battery of my vehicle was also in good condition.

Some 30 minutes later they called me to the back to tell me my car stopped while the vehicle was moving because the battery was finished, I told them it’s impossible for a car to start then switch off while it’s on because of battery.

It’s very evident that they switched my battery and installed a dead one. I have been trying to escalate this matter internally to the complaints but I’m not getting any joy.

Be careful not to be the next victim.
