Bad Service Renault Clearwater

l called the dealership last week for assistance regarding an issue with my Renault Kwid's hand brake light that keeps flashing even when my handbrake is not used. I called and was put through to the service centre, the phone rang until the call cut out on two occasions. I called three times again, left my contact details and was assured that I will be called back. I am still waiting for a call?
