Bad service, paid for ****, car was unwashed and faulty

I took my car yesterday to Action Ford Mokopane for 90000 kms and paid almost R5500 for the service. I was called to collect the vehicle and was not even offered a transport to get to them. I was told they do not have water in town and therefore they also cannot wash my car. I then opted to have the car cleaned inside or vacumed rather but you should have seen how dirty the car looked inside. You would swear no one cleaned it or vacuumed it. Dash board dirty, seats dirty and wow that was not all. Now I got to take my vehicle home and boom, car can't get to gears, it's undrivable. I can only change the gears when the ignition is off but when the ignition is On, gears are not engaging. I then spoke to the dealer principal that I brought the car not faulty and he responded by saying he wouldn't know what the problem is and that they will need to tow my car and have it strapped which could take approximately 7 hrs and that if they did something wrong, they will need to order parts and have it fixed. I have meetings to attend and places to drive to, here I am stuck and my fault was just to take my car to Ford to have it serviced. It is now 9:00, no One from Action Ford has contacted me nor given me an update, not even a single email for what they put me through. I am very upset Ford and I want what I paid for and my car back. I will never ever in my life take my car to Ford Mokopane.
