Bad service / no follow up calls : Williams Hunt Roodepoort

I took my car in on 19/11/2020 for them to have a look at my Opel Adam. My car's turbo gave problems. They checked and said that the turbo is faulty and my car is still under warrenty and they will order a new turbo. I am still waiting for my car to be worked on, it is almost 3 weeks now. I do not receive any call back, me the client must phone to follow up and they do not phone me back, not even a courtesy call to just let me know they are still waiting for parts …..
