BAD SERVICE I AM NEVER BUYING A RENAULT CAR EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE

<p>I am woman rather a customer is it not then within my right to take the car in if I notice something funny?</p> <p>Well I have been taking my car to Automall in East London Vincent for several times and I do not walk out as a happy customer at all. I am told whenever the technicians see my car they get irritated. And when I get the car back after a day or so or even the same day the problem comes back. I do not know how many times I have visited them.</p> <p>But one incident that has made me decide that I am never ever buying a car from Renault is the one that took place on Monday, took it in then I was told that it will spend the night there because no technician has looked into it yet , fine I agreed because it is pointless not to, as safety comes first following day i.e Tuesday the 7th of Feb 2017 there was no communication whatsover until I went there around 5pm I was told that the car was stiil at the back and that for the technicians to actually take it and have a look the lady at the front had to complain with the manager so they only took it around 4pm.One then would wonder how thoroughly has it been checked in less than an hour. What I have picked up is that no one wants to attend to my car reason only known to them was given a vague explanation went out not satisfied told them that I was not happy and when I was driving back home the same noise that I took it there for was still there so now I do not know what is expected of me as there is no point in taking it because it is clear that they not doing their job and there is no other place that I can take the car to so "RENAULT PEOPLE WHEN WE BUY CARS FROM U WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSE TO DO TO GET PRBLEMS FIXED BECAUSE ITS NOT LIKE I CAN DO IT MYSELF AND ITS NOT LIKE I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO WITH MY TIME I WORK FAR & FOR ME TO COME OVER TO AUTOMALL IT MEANS I MUST ALWAYS TAKE LEAVE THIS HAS GOT TO STOP I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY LIFE</p>
