Bad service from operator

Yesterday on the 6th may 2019 I phoned more then 5 times at Buffalo Toyota King Williams town and after speaking with operator I could not get hold of any one who could assist me to Book a service for me for my 2 cars.

I was alot disappointed and unhappy
