Bad service from Marvis

I took my car for a service and I requested to regass my aircon. When I collected my car service was done but I aircon wasnt regass as I requested and I paid for it. I phoned service consultant Marvis and she said I can bring back the car for further inspection. I called told me it is a condenser that is faulty and I can come to collect the car my arrival a technician was still busy connecting a Gass machine. So my car never regass and she **** about condenser being faulty.
