Bad service, extra long repair time, ***********!

I cannot even put my frustration and disappointment down into words! My car went in for a minor repair to repair the grill. A service that should have taken 2-3 days has taken over 2 weeks, each day I receive a call that my car will be ready the next day, and every day no car!!!!

Dealing with them have been beyond frustrating and I am still here waiting for my car to be completed!
