Bad service

I booked service on the 23 November 2020 for my Ford Echo Sport at Action Ford Lichtenburg. They will only be able to do the service on the 25th November 2020 . When I got there on the 25th November 2020 they informed me my guarantee had expire on the 23rd November 2020. Can you help to contact Action Ford Lichtenburg to assist as they didn't inform me on the 23rd that the guarantee expire on that same date.
