Bad service by Action Ford Krugersdorp

I have since purchased my car at Action Ford Krugersdorp around August 2023 and am a first time driver, the car has been giving me a problem of knocking sound and I was told it’s the staring rack since it was a month old, I have taken the car to ford and after back around November last year they said they fixed it. Only to find out that it was not fixed. Mind you I took it more than 3 times they don’t want to fix my car. I know nothing about cars…apparently I’ve been risking my life all this time because of a staring rack. Guys either you give me another car with the same value or you permanently fix this car. Am sick and tired of this all back and forth
