BAD SERVICE and ****** money

I brought my hummer in for service and the following was noted and footage captured of the following with vehicle dashcam.<br> 1. mechanic sitting ontop of airfilter box with his full weight to work on centre part of engine.<br> 2. window washer fluid reservoir cap was left open and not topped up<br> 3. airfilter box was not cleaned when mechanic replaced air filter, caked in black residue<br> 4. anti freeze not full after being charged for it<br> 5. drops of oil splatter all over engine, not cleaned and just left after oil change<br> 6. car was not washed or vaccumed upon handover.<br> 7. excesive high rpm used when test driving, surely not needed after an oil change<br> 8. approximately R60 to R70 in R5 coins was taken from inside the centre console arm rest, no need to go in there to service car.<br> The feedback I got was to send details of a place close by to have my car valet cleaned fo rwhich Reeds would pay, which I provided and no further response honouring their offer.
