Bad service Action ford Roodepoort
In August I took my ford fiesta for a service, all went well, and the lady called me during that time to inform me that my car has a chip in a windscreen, I should pay an amount of R243 or something to close it which I agreed, and they confirmed on the call that my car was okay they are no other issues.
Later the same day when I went back to fetch my car, I notice that there an Airbag sign on the dashboard but I though the sign will eventually go away because the car just got serviced.
The sign is still on the dashboard, and I gave them a call to report the matter, the lady I spoke to was rude, she told me that the car came in with that sign on the dashboard which was a lie and I told that when I brough my car for a service, the only flashing light was a spanner tool which was indicating that my car is due for service and nothing more.
The rude lady informed me that the person who was in charge of my service was Rechard whom at the time was busy assisting another client and he will call me back when he is done.
I haven't received any call from Rechard or action ford since then, and that was 2 weeks ago.
What puzzles me the most is "that my car came to the dealer with Airbag sign" on which is a complete lie, something happened when my car was serviced and now, they want to put a blame on me, they don't want to be accountable for their actions. and the lady who answered my call when I called to enquire was so RUDE.
