BAD SERVICE

Bought a S/H vehicle end of March. Informed them of the 2 x sun visors that were broken as well as rust on the roof and a dent on the door and hole in the canopy. It was agreed that the vehicle would go in the Tuesday just after the Easter weekend. I took the vehicle in and the salesman called me the Wednesday advising that the sun visors are replaced but they won't be able to do the body work as it is a short week. I collected the vehicle and it was agreed that that coming Monday the vehicle will go to the panel beaters. I took the vehicle in the Monday and collected it late Friday afternoon. I was so dissapointed. There was additional scratches on the bakkie, you could see the marks of a *****driver that they used to take the canopy off, a scratch on the door and bonnet ,the roof molding was scew and glued back on with black silicone peeling out everywhere and the rubber around the canopy was loose and damaged. The canopy had a black plug in the hole - they told me this is the correct way of doing it. I was not happy. On Saturday I went and say the sales manager - he promised me that everything will be fixed. I am still not happy!! They don't care about customers who buy S/H
