BAD SERVICE

They have poor customer service with lack of accountability. My car went for a service and their employee dented it. It was 11 june 2024. When checked on their pictures that they capture before service, it showed that the car came with no dent. When collecting it ,there was a huge dent on RHS. The car was packed in a way that I could not see the dent and i went to them next morning ,they promised to investigate and come back to me. Still up to date, no call. Nothing! I wouldn't recommend Buffalo Toyota East London to anyone
