Bad service

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue and your recent acknowledgment of our complaint, we have yet to receive a call or any further communication regarding the spare key for our vehicle.

We were assured that someone would contact us, but unfortunately, no such communication has occurred. It is now well beyond an acceptable timeframe for this matter to be addressed, and we are left feeling frustrated and disregarded.

This ongoing delay has only exacerbated our disappointment with the level of service we have received from your dealership. We expected this issue to be handled with urgency and professionalism, but that has not been the case. We kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a clear resolution.
