Bad service

I have been waiting for my refund since the 15 June 2018, when I am sending the emails regarding my refund they said it was done on 19 June 2018,on 22 June I followed up with them again they said they are waiting for the response from their office in N1 City Cape Town,this morning I checked my balance the money is not reflecting to my account.
