Bad service
My boss got a company car for me, right at the end of 2012, a Chev Spark, which i drove off the showroom floor maybe Nov or Dec 2012, from early 2013, it went back because it felt like the clutch was slipping, i took it to Le Roux motors first because i work nearby, then CMH Boksburg and then Wiiliams hunt where we got it from. They battled to find the problem at all these dealerships, ( as of now, the Chev CC 01 CM GP has been to these places a total of 13 times, maybe more) the brakes also gave trouble, eventually having to have the disks skimmed a total of 3 times, this was after only 40 000 KMS, which they made us pay for.
It has just been a comedy of errors, it has been a long sad story. DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM WILLIAMS HUNT.
They also, after all the times i have been to take my car back, have maybe followed up once to see if it is right, they dont seem to care. After the last time it went in, it came back with some scratches, which they just say " i should have inspected it when i got it" , suppose they are right but still have that dont care attitude.
As of today, after receiving it again this month, it still doesnt seem right but i am now stuck with this car, and if THEY cant fix it after 13, maybe more times of trying, then who else can i turn to? I am now stuck with a car that just does not feel quite right.
To be honest, they are great cars, but not my one, i have also asked if they can replace it after all the trouble i have had with mine, they just say it doesnt work like that. Useless! Dont buy a car from any of these dealerships, i feel that the public must know about this, so hopefully they dont go through the same endless trouble i have gone through.
