Bad Service

<p>I took my car in at Ford in Rustenburg for services after a day or 2, the brakes started making a sound. Surely after a services the car should be on a good state. I call and they said I must bring the car in. I made the appointment to bring ot on 05 December due to my work I could not bring it in early. I took the car in just after 7am. I came back at 11 still nothing was done on the car. I dont understand why my car should be in a queiu behind cars that are there for a service. </p>
