Bad Service
Good Day My mother bought a Chev Captiva last year October from Williams Hunt Fourways. It was a cash deal with no strings attached, no trade ins nothing. When they gave her the vehicle the service manual was falling apart and was missing some pages. Eventually she had to drive 35 KM to fetch a new manual seeing that they could now courier her a new one. The vehicles licenced was done in the incorrect name. That was a challenge to get sorted out. The bumper had minor chip marks on. She booked the car in to get this issue repaired. The car was supposed to be ready by the Friday. It was only ready by the next Wednesday. They would not release the vehicle until she paid for the repair, although there was clear evidence they the bumper had been repaired using tough up paint. She wrote a letter to Chev South Africa complaining about the bad service... The rep that was supported to see her yesterday did not pitch for the 3rd time for the meeting. She just complained that something came up and that GM does not pay for her Cell phone... What a joke!! Come on guys!! Phone her, go and see her and sort this out!
