Bad Service

My first car that i purchased was from Reeds N1 City and when i got the car there was a shudder on the steering wheel. After taking the car to be wheel balanced 3 times i took the car back to reeds to investigate. They found that the car was sold to me with all 4 tyres having flat spots on them. After fighting with them to give me new tyres they gave me tyres that had 6000kms more on than my current tyres and gives me a tyre brand that the service manager dissaproves but gives it to me anyway and the sales guy admitted to me that they put the tyres with the flat spots on another car and sold the car. In my opinion reeds dont deserve the banner on their wall saying they are the nr 1 car dealership. Bad service and my car was not suppose to pass roadworthy with those tyres. Now im sitting with tyres that needs to be replaced anyway. Thanks reeds for nothing.
