Bad service

<p>I took my car in for the 60000 service on the 6th.Someone called and told me my car will be ready by 4,a driver was sent to pick me up but no one told me she is outside,when I called around 4:30 no one knew whether the driver was sent out or not.I had to ask for a lift from one of my colleagues and I found the driver outside(she was here on time but no one informed me that she is outside).2.My car still shows that it is still due for service,not sure why.3.i asked that someone call me regarding options that I have since the 60000 was the last" free"service but no one has called me yet to arrange.I sent an sms to the dealer and only one issue was resolved.To date,no one from Ford has called me to address my other issues.</p>
