Bad service

I took my car on the 24 October for repair, they will check it and I went there Wednesday it wasn't checked, I tried calling Richard keep dropping my call until i call the shop and asked to speak to the manager of wich o got a help from the lady who is helping me now . Am not happy as I use my car for business purposes and already lost a lot of bookings
