Bad service

On the 12/12/2022, I took in my car for diagnosis and repairs. Later Madre called to give feedback, I gave a go ahead for repairs. Madre has excellent customer service. I wish I could say the same about their mechanics. On the 21/12 I fetched my car and R7330.63 assuming all was well. On the 23rd I got stuck with the same car. I called my insurance, my car was towed, only to find that the battery cable that was put in by Action Ford had burnt to an extent that it could have blown off the whole engine. I don't know what I paid for, I'm disgusted as I trusted the dealership. I have photos to show the damage.
