Bad service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my daughter received yesterday as well as her previous service at this service center. Yesterday, she visited West Cape Volkswagen service center to have her car serviced. Unfortunately, she encountered several issues that left me very disappointed with the overall experience: Incomplete Work: Upon receiving her car back, she noticed a banging noise while driving back home and her indicators, who worked perfectly fine when she first got there, were no longer in working condition. Some of the issues I had mentioned were not addressed, which is highly concerning. A technician was sent out to her house to fix the springs (the cause of the banging noise) that came loose during the service. The flicker lights however was not fixed. I need it fixed!!!!. I was promised an update by the end of the day (yesterday), but no one called in the end. I want to know what steps being taken to resolve the issues. The gentleman who assisted wasn't very helpful at all! As a loyal Volkswagen customer, I have always appreciated the quality of the workmanship. However, today's experience has left me questioning the level of service provided by this authorized service center. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to ensure that such issues are not repeated in the future. Additionally, I would like to request a follow-up regarding the resolution of the problems with this service visit. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to my concerns.
