Bad product

We bought a 2013 Ford Figo 1,4 in December of 2013 and now a week ago with the vehicle only having done 13 000km's the clutch has completely packed up which is basically unheard of for any vehicle that has only done 13 000km's??? and the vehicle is being driven daily by a 54 year old white female lady that has had her drivers licence for 36 years so \ABUSE"as is being claimed by Ford SA is absurd and in no way acceptable.in this case Ford SA should at least do a goodwill claim as is being done by many other manufacturers in cases like these as no decent vehicle\""s clutch should pack up with the vehicle only having done 13 000km\""s and being driven in the correct manner and decently.the vehicle was also serviced at Action Ford Roodepoort in January 2015 and seeing that they claim all vehicles that are serviced by them are thouroghly checked so why was nothing mentioned by them then when they did the service??? this is in poor taste and surely gives Ford and its products a bad name.one can only hope that Ford SA will do the right thing in this case.thank you..."""
