Bad Poor service

i bought a Car through them last year, upon delivery there were no carperts on the vehicle nor was there a spare key.this year when i wanted to renew my my license disc, i find out that i need to take my for testing and the dealer did not bother informing me when i took delivery of the vehicle that i'm suppose to take my car for lisencing. i email the salesmam Reevo Marola, the sale manager Kevin Gaffley and the dealer principle Achmat Jacobs but it all fell on deaf ears...their service is just poor and i ended up taking the car for testing my self.
