Bad Manager S****s

I have never been so unsatisfied with the Manager from Automall Renault workshop. I had sent a mail to advise him I would be collecting my paperwork I have been waiting for over a hour and 17mins to get my documentation from Shane Hayward. He was told that I was there to collect documentation and I was told he was on the phone. He was not on the phone in fact he had been testing vehicles. If i am to be treated this way I would hate to see how a customer gets treated
