Bad customer service from BWM Northcliff ARC

Very bad customer service, I took my car in for a door replacement on the 27th of July 2024 till today my car is still with them. They do not provide feedback on the progress of the repairs. Their communication is very poor. They do not even know when are they gonna finish with the car. The car was booked two months back. I am really unhappy with them.
