Bad customer service

Never take your car to Reeds Bellville. It's been 24 days since my car was towed to them and there's no indication as to when I will get it back. First they tell you they have the parts then they tell you they don't have the parts, one story after the other. My worse experience ever and I had lots of cars. So, it's the timing chain, tapped cover, water bottle and thermostat that needs to be replaced. Not even 2 days work. But it's now almost the whole of February that my car is there. Worse service ever. Not recommendable. Take your car somewhere else.
