Bad customer service

I took my car for service at Audi klerksdorp on the 28/04/2021 07h00 later Anika called me to let me know that oil samp broke when they were removing oil and I must now pay R8817 to replace it, To my suprise when I ask how is that my fault ahe said because of the age of the car it was bound to break., because the reason it broke is wear and tear.Now my car is still stuck thereand now they say they are going to charge me for storage. I took the matter to Audi South Africa,they also can't assist me as they agree with Anika.After this incident i have concluded that Audi cars are not reliable as they are bound to break at some point, it doesn't matter whether you look after the car, it is bound to break, why would a normal person buy the car that is bound to break
