Bad customer service

We took our car for a service ********** 4 at Williams Hunt Pretoria Visagie street. I was waiting for the dtiver for more than 2 hours eventually my husband came and we went and collect the car. On my way home the car was smoking there was no water in the car and the next day had to take it back. Today ********** 6 the same happend i was waiting again for a driver more than an hour. I called and spoke to Muriel few minutes later a driver with the name of Recent was on his way at that moment my husband again was on his way so that we could collect the car. Such an inconvenience!!! I am so frustrated with their service its not funny!!! No apology nothing from their side!!!
