Bad Customer Service

Called in a few times to N1 City Reeds Opel *** to order parts for my 2 vehicles, the receptionist was friendly and quick to xfer me to the relevant department, the fone then just wrang and wrang and then diverted all over the show! Called back the next day, same thing happened and receptionist said she would get Lance to call me back! Its 2 days later and this guy hasn't called back! I foned today again and the same thing happened! My mobile fone ran out of airtime while holding and the call being diverted to wherever as no-one pick-up after the receptionist has xferred me!!! What don't this people want bizniz!!?? I will never deal with them again!!
