Bad Customer relations at Ford head office South Africa

<p>I recently had a warently claim denied from ford due to my cars service being late. i fully understoed the policy ford has with there warenty however there was a good reson for this. not to go into detail regarding this but i had to chase ford for two weeks every time speaking to a consalted that knows nothing about the matter. im not upset about the warenty being denied rather the extremely bad sefrvice i recieved regarding the matter. </p> <p>please dont expect good service from ford regarding any matter that might cost them moeny.</p>
