Bad customer experience

Ash sold me a vehicle where I had to pay out of pocket for the door knob to get fixed. Furthermore they did not provide locknuts for the vehicle as promised. Disappointing experience!

Not sure if they are aware of the Consumer Protection Act. Will not use them again or recommend
