Bad costumer care

the guy by the name of wessely from vw Mcdulling had a bad attitude towards me .. didn't even have time to explain to me why he couldn't help me with the problem i had .. he told me that he has other customers waiting for him. all i needed was a code for my car radio ... he just didn't have time for simply cause i was black he even told me that he doesn't have time for this. don't know what he meant about that .. i don't believe there companies who still have raisist employers ...
