Bad client experience

I bought a vehicle September 2022 without a spare key which they **** during the enquiry that they have, they have been promising since then until today still no key.

They have been lying that they are waiting for keys from Germany, i gave them few quotes from Institutions who are willing to assist since last year until recently when they provided me with **** proof of payment however they can't tell me who will be doing the key and when.
