Bad attitude I received from Jan Grobler

I received absolutely ********** service from the Williams Hunt team in Edenvale, particularly Jan Grobler. He has absolutely no telephone etiquette, no customer value and clearly does not like his job. He does not keep his promises and is completely rude! This is unacceptable behavior! Williams Hunt has taken over from GM motors and they are doing a terrible job at servicing their new customers. Guys pull up your socks.
