Bad attitude by management

I bought a Merc AMG Sports at William Hunt in Durban online as a G2 Hunt is a reputable company.<br> Trusting the brand before seeing the car and also has spoken to Gerrie Roos the sales person he put my mind at ease when I was told the car is in good condition.<br> <br> I transferred the money on the 04 July 2015 as I had interest on the car and was told they will sell it if I did not pay .I used to receive calls daily from Gerrie since I showed interest in the car.<br> <br> I trusted everything and transfer was done . I reside in Johannesburg and was told to collect a car on Thursday <br> I flew to Durban to collect my car and that's where my nightmare began.<br> <br> The car rims had scratches and looked badly damaged.<br> <br> I asked for explanation I was told its a non G2 vehicle-wow suprise.<br> I was referred to the used cars manager Glen White ,what an arrogant person I have come across in my life.<br> <br> He told me that what did I expect when paying R195000 for the used car I must just take the car and go or he will refund - i immediately opted for refund. With Glen arrogance I thought he will write a cheque on the spot I had to sleep in Durban as no refund and I wanted o buy another car I'm still waiting or my money.
