Bad Attitude
I purchased a new Chev Captiva took delivery on the 27 October 2017. It was truly the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever had. Everything was rushed and with no courtesy nor politeness. I was promised various items upon signing the deal however none was available on date of delivery. Part of the sale agreement included that I receive a new tow bar as well as the bike fitting to be removed from the trade in and fitted to the new vehicle. On date of delivery the wrong tow bar was fitted nor was the fitting removed from the trade in. Riaan Marais the salesman promised that he would have it all sorted and corrected within 7 days. Despite me repeated calling and going there I feel like I am being ignored and ridiculed. As at 13 December they havent done anything as yet. I have tried calling the manager Gary Van Dyk who is never available and keeps cancelling on scheduled appointments. They never have the decency to make a call to the client. I am gutted at this shoddy service and deliberate and willful show of neglect. It is like we sold you the vehicle now get lost. It is definately not in the Chevrolet spirit of "WE CARE. " I made a big mistake purchasing a Chevrolet and an even bigger mistake trusting the people at Williams Hunt. It goes without saying that I will never do business with them again. Nasheer
